Musician producer and sound practitioner, my intention is to create bridges between the different worlds that inspire.

I mix electronic music with acoustic instruments, guitar, voices from all over the world, to shape a sound universe with various influences.
Artists such as Flume, Bonobo or Petit Biscuit are deeply inspired by their ability to take the public on a unique musical journey.
Beyond the concerts, I explore other dimensions such as DJ Sets and sound travel, like so many expressions of the same intention: connect and explore with the power of sound.

I push artistic and geographical boundaries by making collaborations, like my title Mind Made Up, directed with American singer Sita, with vocalist Line Tafomat and his imaginary language on our title Signature, or with a painter on a trip to Réunion, illustrating her art through a video clip to accompany my title Mashup Halsey and Manu Chao.
The visual identity is also an important axis for me, revealing the second part of the message expressed by the composition of a music. My clips refer to my travels, as for Everything Will Be Fine, which offers a unique view of Lisbon, my live session Live From La Rosière, in the natural setting of the Redoute Ruinée Fort at 2400 meters above sea level, or even Train, where the nature of Noirmoutier and one of the symbols that I particularly like, the tipi, are to be honored.
Always in search of exploration, my life experiences lead to real introspections. I chose this name of artist "Sollayr" as to tend towards a state of mind, imbued with this introspection that everyone can decide to undertake. "Sollayr" is therefore a tribute to the people who embody according to my vision, the fact "solar being".
But basically being solar, what is it?
