Beyond my artistic approach in concert, I discovered on my way the universe of sound travels. The principle of sound travel is to use sound and sound vibration as tools for relaxation. Sound travel is an invitation to recharge and travel within oneself. Sound is a universal language, and it crosses the body, connects to the mind and opens interior spaces.
He then undertook training as a sound practitioner, engaging in the passage through a rich and demanding personal journey.
This practice opened up to this essential awareness: that of the impact of sound and the vibratory environment on our body, our mind, and our relationship to ourselves.
